POLYMER BEARINGS
All-Round® polymer bearings are thin-walled, flanged plane bearings
for use with All-Round® stainless inserts.
They can also be used separately as bearing replacements in idler
gears and sprockets and in other stand-alone applications.
A variety of bearing materials are available to suit different applications.

EDT’s QB material can be used in 90%
of all applications. QB polymer is:

LOCKING SLEEVES
Purposes:
- repair damaged shafts
- extend bearing life
- eliminate shaft damage from plane bearing wear
- control lateral shaft movement of the shaft within the bearing
Features:
- 316 ss for maximum wear and corrosion resistance
- controlled surface finish for maximum life
- optional hardened materials available for extreme abrasion applications
